ORDINANCE COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Sec. 21(f) of the City Charter, public hearings are scheduled by the Ordinance Committee of the City Council, duly authorized, on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 in the Police Complex Center, 131 North Main Street, 2nd Floor, Meeting Room 2, Bristol, CT on two proposed amendments to the Bristol Code of Ordinances as follows:
- Sec. 4-3. – To remove the fine associated with the pick-up and disposal of dog waste. Pertaining to Chapter 4, Animals and Fowl. Hearing to start at 4:50 p.m.
- To create Secs. 10-41. thru 10-59. – Regarding Litter in Public and Private Places. Pertaining to Chapter 10, Solid Waste. Hearing to start at 4:50 p.m.
News publication of the complete texts of the Ordinances are dispensed with due to their length. Copies are available for public distribution at the City Clerk’s Office during office hours.
