On Thursday, May 8, former Bristol Central High School standout Samantha Sklenka’s current college team, the Nova Southeastern Sharks, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Barry Buccaneers.

The game took place at Naimoli Family Softball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Sharks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 9 at 12 p.m. at Naimoli Family Softball Field against Tampa Spartans.
