Hayden Abdullah, ex-Northwest Catholic player, to take part in NCAA Division II tournament

Hayden Abdullah, who previously played for Northwest Catholic High School and now plays for the West Liberty Hilltoppers, will participate in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The Hilltoppers are seeded second and will face the No. 7 seed, the Virginia Union Panthers, in the opening round.

Their first game is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, at 2:30 p.m. at the Highmark Events Center.
