The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in West Hartford rose by $10,550 while total sales decreased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 278 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 3.3% increase over the $319,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 284 homes sold in West Hartford in the third quarter of 2017.
