The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Glastonbury fell by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 161 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 4.1% decrease over the $331,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 175 homes sold in Glastonbury in the third quarter of 2016.
