The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Glastonbury fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 3.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Manchester rose by $7,000 while total sales increased by 13.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Manchester rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 23.9%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Glastonbury rose by $2,550 while total sales decreased by 12.8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in West Hartford rose by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 0.4%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in West Hartford rose by $10,750 while total sales decreased by 14.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in West Hartford rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Glastonbury fell by $32,900 while total sales decreased by 9.8%.
