The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in West Hartford fell by $8,100 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 265 homes sold, with a median sale price of $309,900 - a 2.5% decrease over the $318,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 284 homes sold in West Hartford in the second quarter of 2017.
