Manchester home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Manchester rose by $3,550 while total sales decreased by 9.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in West Hartford fell by $8,100 while total sales decreased by 6.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Manchester rose by $9,900 while total sales decreased by 26.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Manchester rose by $5,050 while total sales decreased by 13.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in West Hartford fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 19.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in West Hartford fell by $12,750 while total sales increased by 2.7%.
