Of the 12,671 people living in Windsor Locks CDP in 2019, 51.2 percent (6,493) were women and 48.8 percent (6,178) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Hartford Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 3,925-to-3,845. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,450 females and 968 males.
