The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Glastonbury rose by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 26.9%.

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Glastonbury fell by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 37.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Manchester rose by $4,550 while total sales increased by 5.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Manchester rose by $2,500 while total sales increased by 27.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in West Hartford fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 23.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in West Hartford rose by $16,500 while total sales increased by 10.4%.
