Glastonbury home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Glastonbury rose by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 26.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,500 - a 8.1% increase over the $252,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 93 homes sold in Glastonbury in the first quarter of 2016.
