The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Manchester fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 20%.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Manchester rose by $4,700 while total sales increased by 63.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in West Hartford fell by $35,500 while total sales increased by 38.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Glastonbury rose by $24,000 while total sales increased by 23.1%.
