The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in West Hartford rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 37.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 117 homes sold, with a median sale price of $291,500 - a 2.6% increase over the $284,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 188 homes sold in West Hartford in the first quarter of 2017.
