The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in West Hartford fell by $3,500 while total sales increased by 17.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 222 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $278,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 189 homes sold in West Hartford in the fourth quarter of 2016.
