The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Glastonbury fell by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 265 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 2.8% decrease over the $319,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 279 homes sold in Glastonbury in the second half of 2016.
