The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Manchester rose by $2,456 while total sales increased by 6.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 379 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $167,544 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 355 homes sold in Manchester in the second half of 2016.
