Notice is hereby given that by a majority vote of the New Britain Common Council at the Regular Meeting held on May 10, 2023, one resolution amending the Local Ordinances was adopted, and signed by Mayor Erin E. Stewart on May 11, 2023.
Resolution #36071-2 Re: Amend Chapter 10, Article I & II of the Code of Ordinances definitions related to food service establishment classifications to align with 19a-36g of the Connecticut General Statutes and to revise the fee schedule.
