On March 22, 2025, Rep. Larson expressed his concerns regarding accountability for Elon Musk and Donald Trump. He criticized their actions in relation to program cuts intended to fund tax reductions for billionaires. "Glad to join @SkyYaldaHakim to discuss the need to hold Musk and Trump accountable as they gut programs to pay for tax cuts for billionaires." He further commented on Musk's public display with chainsaws while celebrating cuts to critical sectors such as education and health care.

Later that day, Rep. Larson highlighted his engagement with seniors in West Hartford about protecting Medicare and Social Security. "It was great to meet with seniors in West Hartford about the need to protect & strengthen Medicare and Social Security." He emphasized the necessity for Congress to enhance Social Security by ensuring equitable contributions from wealthier individuals.

On March 23, 2025, Rep. Larson reflected on the anniversary of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), which was signed into law by President Obama fifteen years ago. "15 years ago, President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act into law." Larson expressed pride in having played a role in passing this legislation that expanded healthcare access significantly across America.
