The New Britain Common Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at 6:55 p.m., in Council Chambers, City Hall, 2nd Floor, 27 West Main Street, New Britain, Connecticut for the following: 

Item No. 36083. Re:  Lease agreement with Exclusive Development, LLC for twelve (12) unassigned parking spaces at the Arch Street parking lot for Thirty Dollars per month. 

Item No. 36084.  Re:  Lease agreement with Charter Oak State College and CT State Colleges for one hundred and eighty (180) unassigned parking spaces in the First Sergeant Heny J. Szczesny Parking Garage at a monthly rate of Thirty-Five Dollars per vehicle. 

Following the completion of the New Britain Common Council public hearing, the Common Council Zoning Subcommittee will hold a public hearing for the following:

Item No. 36089 through Item No. 36106.  Re:  To amend various sections of the Zoning Map of the City of New Britain.  For further details go to http://www.newbritainct.gov/meetings 

At these hearings interested persons may be heard and written communications may be received.  Copies of said items are available for public inspection during normal business hours in the Office of the Town and City Clerk.  Individuals seeking to join the public hearing remotely may join by calling 1 (339) 209-6176.
