TO THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF NEW BRITAIN:

BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT, you are hereby commanded to notify Robert Smedley, Howard Dyson, Aram Ayalon, Wilfredo Pabon, Angel Segarra, Paul Catanzaro, Desiree Costa, Jerrell Hargraves, Matthew Malinowski, Luz Ortiz-Luna, Alden Russell, Kris Rutkowski, Iris Sanchez, Peter Scirpo, Michael Thompson, Aldermen and Alderwomen of said City, that there will be a Special Meeting of the Common Council on Wednesday evening, June 7, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 27 West Main Street, City Hall, for the following purposes:

1. To accept a report of the Committee on Administration, Finance and Law regarding Mayor’s Proposed General Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024; Special Revenue Funds and Enterprise Funds Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024; Budget Appropriation for Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (LoCIP).
2. To accept a report of the Consolidated Committee regarding Mayor’s Proposed General Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024; Special Revenue Funds and Enterprise Funds Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024; Budget Appropriation for Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (LoCIP).
3. To accept a report of the Committee on Planning, Zoning and Housing regarding Mayor’s Proposed General Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024; Special Revenue Funds and Enterprise Funds Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024; Budget Appropriation for Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (LoCIP).
4. To act upon a resolution regarding the General Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
5. To act upon a resolution regarding the Special Revenue Funds and Enterprise Funds Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
6. To act upon a resolution regarding the Budget Appropriation for Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (LoCIP).

HEREOF FAIL NOT, but due service and return make according to law.
