ADNET Technologies Earns ‘Best Places to Work in Connecticut’ Recognition for Ninth Consecutive Year

1

ADNET Technologies, a managed IT services, cloud and cybersecurity  provider, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut  for the ninth consecutive year. This award is presented annually by the Hartford Business Journal and Best Companies Group.

Like all business in the Hartford region, ADNET Technologies has been  tested over the past two years in ways no one could have ever imagined,  but thanks in large part to the firm’s people-first culture and  approach to serving clients, ADNET has helped its workforce and its  clients’ businesses emerge stronger, more resilient and ready to keep  growing. They have built a collaborative ecosystem where employees are  empowered to support each other and help clients use technology to  advance their business objectives. It has helped ADNET become more than a  typical managed service provider (MSP), instead serving as a trusted,  essential advisor for its clients.

“ADNET continues to make strategic investments to accelerate our  talent-led growth and strengthen our workforce. All our efforts have  been focused on helping our team prepare for and access new  opportunities to make a difference for our region’s business community  and grow their individual careers,” said Christopher Luise, CEO of ADNET  Technologies. “Our employees are the reason for our  success. Their ability to respond to our clients’ everyday challenges  and transformational needs has been incredible to witness. Recognition  like this is a credit to their impact and the workplace culture they  have helped us build and maintain.”

Over the last year, ADNET has invested in its talented team and local  presence to reinforce its position as an industry-leading MSP in the  region. Last year, the firm launched new collaborative workplaces in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, and Albany, New York, designed to  facilitate greater connectivity among colleagues and clients while  harnessing the power of spontaneous interaction to drive innovation.  This investment in its culture and capabilities followed ADNET’s move to  permanently adopt a work-from-anywhere environment that empowers its  team to work from wherever they’re most productive.

Leveraging its expertise in optimizing secure cloud technologies,  ADNET has created a hybrid work atmosphere that preserves company  culture, ensures security and enables client success regardless of the  physical locations in which its team is working.

“As ADNET marks our 30th anniversary, we have deepened our focus on  empowering our team to drive digital transformation across industries,”  Luise added. “Working collaboratively to develop innovative solutions  and support our clients, our employees have ensured we always remain  relevant amid the rapidly changing technology landscape. Their impactful  work combined with our human-centered approach remain differentiating  and distinguishing factors among firms in our industry.”

ADNET employs nearly 70 people across its company, and it is actively recruiting more IT professionals to join its team. In addition to its flexible work-from-anywhere  environment and collaborative workplaces, it offers progressive benefits  packages, including a 100% covered healthcare option and a Responsible Time Off (RTO) policy that doesn’t limit the amount of time any employee can take off.

The Best Places to Work survey and awards program were designed to  identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Connecticut – those  businesses benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and communities.  The list is made up of 31 companies split into two categories: 18  small/medium-sized companies (15-199 U.S. employees) and 13 large-sized  companies (200 or more U.S. employees).

ADNET Technologies was recognized in the small/medium employers  category in this year’s Best Places to Work in Connecticut program.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process  to determine the Best Places to Work in Connecticut. The first part  consisted of evaluating each company’s workplace policies, practices,  philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an  employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores  determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group  managed the overall registration and survey process in Connecticut,  analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity;
  • Be a publicly or privately held business;
  • Have a facility in Connecticut;
  • Have at least 15 employees in Connecticut;
  • Be in business a minimum of 1 year.
